hand brake service and repair

when i was testing the new booster i felt like the hand brake was stuck.. so i i went under the car and inspect the drum and found this thing (i forgot the name) was so full of mud mixed with oil.. sorry didn't get the pics when it was dirty but i cleaned them up and let them dry and will re-fit them tomorrow
